The staff, rooms, food, and spa facilities were outstanding. Fantastic service. Warm and comfortable rooms. Excellent dining options. Great location for skiing. Wonderful wellness activities.

The location of the hotel was perfect for skiing, as the lifts were just a few steps away. the staff was incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. What I liked the most, was the great variety of food offered in the restaurant, we were able to try local dishes and indulge in international cuisine.
There was no mini fridge in the room, which would have been convenient for keeping snacks and drinks. Another inconvenience was that breakfast and dinner were served in different parts of the dining hall, leading us to have to walk around the reception area to access certain dishes.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The facilities were top-notch, with an excellent spa that included both indoor and outdoor pools, plus a great selection of massages. The breakfast buffet even had prosecco! The location was perfect, with a ski bus stop just 150 m away and easy access to the slopes.

I had an absolutely stunning experience at this luxurious hotel. The staff provided perfect service and made me feel at home. The location was great, with easy access to the main ski lift and a shuttle bus to the glacier. The wellness activities were top-notch, and I enjoyed the spa facilities, including the indoor swimming pool and sauna. Additionally, the hotel offers enhanced comfort with its spacious and well-appointed rooms, complete with a sitting area and terrace. I also appreciated the quality of the food, especially the delicious 5-course degustation menu prepared by a rockstar chef.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Great service and delicious food! The staff was really kind and we received a warm welcome. The breakfast quality was really high, we loved the variety of cheese, bacon and salami, yoghurt, and eggs. The location of the hotel was excellent, near the lift and ski slope. the wellness area was really nice and enjoyable.
The sofa for the kids was not very comfortable, it had quite a hard surface. , the dining hall had two parts, but the same food was not offered in both.

The hotel is conveniently located near the ski slope; guests can easily access it by taking a local taxi or walking to the main ski lift. the room is cozy, clean, and equipped with free WIFI. the bathroom is also clean and well-maintained. the hotel staff provides excellent service and is very friendly. Breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of food options to choose from. Guests can enjoy the indoor swimming pool and wellness facilities.
